Arsenal Ladies and England midfielder Jordan Nobbs suffered a back injury last week while on England duty, which will see her miss the start of the season.
The 21-year-old will be unavailable for the Gunners' Champions League quarter final tie with Birmingham City this month, and is likely to be sidelined for the start of the domestic campaign in April.
