Mika Biereth scored his ninth goal for SK Sturm Graz in their 1-0 win at home to Rapid Wien on Friday.
The win keeps Sturm Graz second in Group A of the Austrian Bundesliga play-offs, level on points with Red Ball Salzburg but behind on goal difference.
Including his loan spell at Motherwell in the first half of the season, Mika has 15 goals and eight assists in 31 appearances in all competitions in 2023/24.
Also on the scoresheet last week was Salah-Eddine Oulad M’Hand who, after providing the assist for the opening goal of the game in FC Den Bosch’s 2-0 win away to Jong FC Utrecht on Monday, scored the opening goal of Friday’s 2-2 draw at home to NAC Breda.
19th in Eerste Divisie, Den Bosch are unbeaten in their last three games.
In the Premier League, Sambi Lokonga returned from injury to play 71 minutes as Luton Town lost 5-1 at home to Brentford.
The Hatters are 18th in the topflight, still one point behind Nottingham Forester after they lost 2-0 to Everton on the weekend.
Over in La Liga, Kieran Tierney came on in the 84th minute of Real Sociedad’s 1-1 draw away to Getafe on Sunday. Sociedad are still sixth, three points ahead of Real Betis.
In the Football League, Arthur Okonkwo kept a clean sheet in Wrexham’s 3-0 win away to Crewe Alexandra. After celebrating promotion from League Two, Wrexham are third in the division but can still finish second if Mansfield Town drop points.
Overseas, Marquinhos played 178 minutes across Fluminense’s games away to Bahia and at home to Vasco da Gama, which they lost 2-1 and won 2-1 respectively.
Fluminense are tenth in the Brasileiro Serie A after three games.
In the Sky Bet Championship, Swansea City (14th) made it three wins in a row with a 4-0 victory away to Huddersfield Town, which Charlie Patino came on in the 74th minute of.
The same goes for Millwall (16th), who have won three in a row after a 1-0 victory at Sunderland, Brooke Norton-Cuffy making a late cameo appearance in that game.
Bromley will compete in the Vanarama National League play-off semi-finals against Altrincham after win 3-1 away to Oxford City on Tuesday. They then lost 2-1 away to Gateshead on Saturday with Alex Kirk playing 90 minutes of both fixtures.
In women’s football, Kathrine Kuhl played 88 minutes of Everton’s 2-1 win away to Brighton & Hove Albion on Friday. The Toffees are ninth in the Barclays Women’s Super League, level on points with Brighton.
Giovana Queiroz came on in the 73rd minute of Madrid CFF’s 2-1 win at home to Athletic Club on Saturday to go third in the Primera Division.
In the FA Women’s Championship, Watford remain bottom after Saturday’s 1-0 loss away to Blackburn Rovers, which Michelle Agyemang played 90 minutes of.
Last but not least, Ruby Doe played 61 minutes as Ipswich Town came from 2-0 down to win 4-2 at home to Cardiff City to go fourth in the FA WPL Premier Division South.
