Did you know football isn’t the only sport that Rwanda is associated with?
Besides being the official Tourism Partner of Arsenal since 2018, Rwanda is host to many sporting competitions including:
- The Basketball Africa League Finals, Africa’s premier basketball league at the BK Arena
- The Ironman 70.3 Triathlon in Rwanda’s Rubavu District
- International Cricket Council T20 World Cup Qualifiers at the Gahanga International Cricket Stadium
- The UCL Cycling World Championship in 2025
To celebrate the country's passion for sport, in a four-part series hosted by Anita Jones, Eddie Nketiah, Granit Xhaka and Martin Odegaard take part in Visit Rwanda’s ‘Home of Sport’ challenge.
