Following their pre-season tour of the USA, our men's first-team squad have been hard at work back at London Colney as they build towards Wednesday's Emirates Cup clash against Monaco.

With the Community Shield on Sunday followed by the Premier League's big kick-off the weekend after, Mikel Arteta has been fine-tuning his players as he aims to get the campaign off to the best possible start - although as you can see by our pictures, the hard work is mixed with plenty of smiles as everyone looks forward to getting back into competitive action again.
