We’ve been getting ready at London Colney for Thursday’s Continental Tyres League Cup game against Southampton.

Jonas Eidevall’s team have been hard at work following on from the weekend’s solid 3-0 win away to Brighton.

On the day that Gunners trio Beth Mead, Alessia Russo and Lotte Wubben-Moy had been named in Sarina Weigman’s England squad, spirits were high.
