“His maturity, his intelligence, and how brave he is on the pitch and the personality that he plays with,” Arteta told Arsenal Digital.
“It comes down to his personality, the risks he takes in the final third. He wants to make things happen all the time, he is not afraid even if he is 18 years old - it is one of the best things he has.
“The self-confidence that he has and as well how humble he is all the time to keep learning, to keep improving [is vital]. The way he is training every day as well is top drawer, and that is why he is playing.”
