Mikel Arteta has suggested that Gabriel Jesus is a doubt for Sunday's trip to Leeds United.
The striker missed the trip to Norway in midweek as we beat Bodo/Glimt 1-0, which was the first game all season that the Brazilian hitman has sat out.
And the boss admitted that Jesus didn't travel as a precaution, after he revealed he was struggling following last weekend's 3-2 win against Liverpool, which saw him need treatment late on following a heavy collision with international teammate Allison and Virgil van Dijk.
When asked in his pre-match press conference whether Jesus would be available, Mikel said: "I don’t know, obviously he has some discomfort after the game against Liverpool.
"That’s why we decided not to bring him in [to Norway], so let's see how he is tomorrow and Saturday."
