We fell to a 2-0 defeat after Bruno Fernandes and Jaydon Sancho netted for the Red Devils in the first half, with the game also seeing a post-match penalty shootout which was won 5-3 by Erik ten Hag's team.
Despite the result, it was still a good tune-up ahead of the Premier League season in three weeks' time, and gave New York/New Jersey-based Gooners a chance to see their heroes live.
