The in-form striker, who's now scored seven goals this season, put Arsenal ahead on 23 in a dominant first-half display from the Gunners.
He scored his second from the spot five minutes into the second half before completing his treble with seven minutes remaining to cap a fine win for Frans de Kat's side.
