Gold members (Season ticket holders) - Please note that this fixture will be counted as the fourth of the seven FA Cup and/or Champions League games ( Cup tie credits) that are included within the cost of your season ticket.

Remaining tickets will go on sale to Red Members at 10am on Tuesday 8th January 2013. (Booking fees apply)

If any tickets remain, the Friends and Family Service will be available to all Platinum, Gold, Silver, Red and Junior Members from 11am on Wednesday 9th January 2013. This allows members to buy an additional 4 tickets on their membership account. Please note that we are unable to activate any membership cards once the Friends and Family sale period commences and members will receive paper tickets for any tickets purchased through this scheme.

Paper tickets purchased through Friends and Family will be dispatched to the lead client's registered address. In the unlikely event that members do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) from 9:30am on Wednesday 16th January 2013. The lines are open 09.30 to 17.00.

Any overseas tickets purchased will be posted to the Emirates Stadium and held for collection in the lead client name at the South West Collection Office situated on podium level opposite turnstile S from 5pm on the evening of the fixture.

Junior Gunners, Silver Cannon Club and Senior Citizen Members can only purchase tickets outside the Family Enclosure once the area is sold out.

You will need to quote the following information (If you need to update your client details, please do so prior to booking):

• Valid email address
• Valid Membership number of each ticket
• Credit/debit card details

Once a successful booking has been made, your Membership card will be activated & you will be sent a confirmation email which will include the seat details.

All supporters are requested to print a copy of the confirmation email and bring it to the match, together with their membership card, in order to locate their seat and gain access to the stadium

To make an application in person at the Arsenal Box office membership cards must be produced. Please note that there is a maximum of 4 tickets per member when visiting the box office and a valid membership is needed for each ticket.
