Will (full name William Lannin-Sweet) has developed into a ball-playing defender – happy anywhere across the back line – while being at Arsenal, all the way from his pre-academy days. Will, the younger brother of former academy player James, can also step forward into a central midfield position, where he demonstrates excellent passing of the ball. Last season Will was a regular for our under-18s, making 24 appearances, scoring twice and assisting another. He represents Wales at international youth level.
