Our second Arsenal Forest grows again

As part of our drive towards net zero and to compensate for the environmental impact of printing our matchday programmes, the club has been supporting community afforestation in the Bore region of Kenya for the last four seasons. With your support we’ve been able to plant a total of 51,500 neem trees in two unique Arsenal Forest planting sites. But this season we're aiming higher. 

In collaboration with CarbonLink from Wales and our Kenyan partners, the Bore Green Umbrella Self Help Group, we’re now committing to plant a further 14,500 in an expanded Arsenal Forest No2 planting site. 

Once the new area is completed we will have covered a total of 66 acres with 66,000 dense carbon-hungry and wildlife-friendly neem trees. That will be the equivalent to 37 Emirates pitches and more than one tree for every supporter in the stadium when it’s full.

You can get involved too by purchasing trees for just £1 each (minimum 25 trees) – the perfect gift for an environmentally conscious Arsenal supporter.
