We are pleased to share ticketing information for the FA Community Shield fixture against Manchester City at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Sunday, August 16 at 15:00 (UK).
Tickets are located on the South side of the stadium.

Members purchasing concession-priced tickets must bring ID on the day of the game, as you may be required to produce this on entry to the Principality Stadium.
All tickets for this game will be digital, and will be downloadable via the Ticket Hub within the Arsenal app.
Tickets will be available to download during the week before the game.
Any supporters who hold a physical membership card for home matches at Emirates Stadium will be contacted by email in the week leading up to the match with details regarding their method of entry for the game.
Supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder over the age of 18 to enter the Principality Stadium. Children under the age of 2 are not permitted entry into the stadium.
Please note that small bags are permitted, provided they are no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm or are a standard handbag size.
There are no bag storage facilities available at the stadium, so supporters should plan accordingly if travelling to Cardiff with larger bags.
We ask that you purchase a ticket only if you plan to attend the match. Our goal is to ensure that as many supporters as possible have the chance to attend this game, and that our support remains vibrant and passionate.

The price charged to Disability Access Members is equivalent to the relevant age range price classes above for the area in which they are situated. Personal assistant tickets, where required, and subject to eligibility, are complimentary.
Price categories will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Sales Window 1
Platinum and Gold DA Season Ticket holders with 5+ away points
Tickets on sale from Monday, July 20 at 10am to Tuesday, July 21 at 1pm
Sales Window 2
All remaining Platinum and Gold DA Season Ticket Holders AND DA Members (Red/Cannon/JG/YG) with 15+ away points
Members in this period will be eligible to purchase from Thursday, July 23, at 10am until Friday, July 24, at 10am.
Sales Window 3
All remaining DA members
Members in this window will be balloted for any remaining tickets. Successful entrants will then have the opportunity to purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. This will follow the same process as for home fixtures at the Emirates Stadium.
Ballot opens on Friday 31st July at midday and closes Monday August 3 at midday.
Successful entrants will be eligible to purchase from Thursday, August 6 at 10am until Friday August 7 at 10am
Remaining ballot entrants will be held on standby should any remaining tickets be released to them. Please see example communications below:
On Standby
If your application is "On Standby", you will be contacted by email, and your application will remain within the system should uptake in the previous sales windows not fulfil the allocation. Should this be the case, a further ballot for these members will be run and those who are successful will be able to purchase in Window 3A. You will be able to select seats from within an available area (price band) in the stadium during this sales phase. Please note, for anyone not successful in this window, the lead member will be sent an unsuccessful email confirmation.
If your application is on standby and you are then successful in a further ballot, details of when you can purchase will be sent to you in an email.
All tickets and sale phases are subject to availability.
Please be aware that the phone line can be busy at times so you may be held in a queue.
There will be no Ticket Exchange or Ticket Transfer service for this fixture.

Accessible Parking
Car parking at the Principality Stadium is now closed.
Access to the Stadium
Access is across level plazas with no steps & no ramps steeper than 1:20. Spectators with accessible requirements enter Principality Stadium with all other spectators, through the same turnstiles and through the same entrances. At each gate there are accessible entry lanes to support our spectators with accessible requirements.
From the north: Along the Riverwalk to Gate 1
From the east: Across Westgate Plaza to Gate 3
From the south: Across Millennium Plaza to Gates 6 & 7
Audio Descriptive Commentary
Full commentary is available within the Stadium. Receivers with a headset can be collected from the relevant visiting team’s ticket office situated at either end of the Stadium. Guests can use their own headphones/earphones with 3.5mm jack. Each recipient will be required to fill in a personal hire form to use the equipment.
Sensory Room
There is no designated sensory room for either team for this fixture.
Assistance Dogs
Trained assistance dogs are allowed into the Stadium by prior arrangement via relevant Club’s Access Team. To provide sufficient room and comfort for the dogs, seat locations will be restricted to the wheelchair terracing.
Medical Exemption Policy
Despite the stadium’s Bag Policy, Principality Stadium understands that some supporters will need to bring bags that do not meet these requirements into the stadium for medical reasons.
Please note, if your medication or equipment fits within a A4 bag you do not need medical exemption.
All requests for exemption must be submitted by emailing customercare@wru.wales and providing supporting information no later than five days before the event. We will be unable to issue an exception on event day.
Once approved, we’ll email you confirmation of your exemption and will inform the stewarding team on your entry gate of your exemption.
Please be aware that all supporters with exemption confirmation will still need to have their bags searched and tagged at their dedicated accessible entrance before entering the stadium.
