One of our longest-serving academy players, joining ahead of the 2014/15 season, left winger Osman netted two goals from 16 appearances in 2024/25, despite being hampered by injury.

One of those strikes came against Inter Milan in the UEFA Youth League, his first in the competition.

The London-born forward, who represents Sierra Leone at the under-20 level, reached double figures for goals in 23/24.

Osman's dream is to follow in the footsteps of several players at his former Sunday League club, Senrab FC, including Sol Campbell, to make it to the Premier League.
