Emirates Cup draw Terms and Conditions

PROMOTION PERIOD: The start date for entries is 22 July 2026 at 9:00am (UK time) (“Start Date”). The closing date for entries is 28 July 2026 at 23.59 (UK time) (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Promotion. 

TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, you need to visit https://www.arsenal.com/news/emirates-cup-competition-aon2H4n8iwlc or the App. You will need to enter your full name and email address by no later than the Closing Date. 

ELIGIBILITY: Entry is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over who, as at 22 July 2026, have held an Arsenal Football Club season ticket continuously and without interruption for a period of at least twenty (20) consecutive years. Only one entry per person is allowed.  

Employees of The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”) or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Promotion. 

Entry is by online form submission at the Website or the App. No purchase is required to enter but you will require email and internet access to enter the Promotion. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Promotion. 

PRIZE: 2 (two) x Emirates return economy class flights from London to Dubai (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The following conditions apply to the Prize: 

The winner must be available to attend the Emirates Cup game on 9 August 2026 to claim the prize and take part in the halftime activation. 

The halftime activation will be filmed and broadcast. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not enter the Promotion.  

The outbound and return flight must take place before 7 November 2026. 

The Prize tickets are subject to seat availability at the time of booking. The Prize tickets are not valid for travel during blackout periods assigned to the applicable destinations. Any blackout dates, if applicable, will be advised at the time of booking. 

Transfers to and from the winner’s home to the airport are not included. 

Accommodation in Dubai is not included.  

Once the Prize tickets have been issued, they are only valid for the Emirates flights, dates and times shown. Any change of travel date shall be subject to a fee payable by the winner. 

Neither Arsenal nor Emirates are not responsible for insurance, visas or any additional expenses relating to the Prize flights. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all required administrative and/or health documents for entry into the United Arab Emirates. All such costs shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided. 

It will be the winner’s and their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken. 

This Economy class ticket is valid for two people, who must travel together on round-trip flights from London to Dubai, non-stop, operated exclusively by Emirates. The Prize tickets are non-extendable, non-re-routable, and non-endorsable. 

The winner is entitled to the standard baggage allowance in accordance with Emirates' prevailing rules and policies. 

No Emirates Skywards miles may be earned or redeemed in connection with the Prize tickets. 

The winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to Emirates’ published Conditions of Carriage. 

Arsenal reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.  There is no cash alternative to the Prize (or any part of it) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s). 

Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the Prize where applicable. 

SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries received between the Start Date and the Closing Date.  

The winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided on entry within 24 hours of the Closing Date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm details for the arrangement of the Prize within 48 hours, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible and correct entries. 

PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL DATA: Details of the winner's name and county will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and Closing Date of the Promotion) at the address set out below. If the winner objects to any or all of their details being published or made available, they should contact Arsenal by either writing to the Contact below or by emailing marketing@arsenal.co.uk. In such circumstances, Arsenal must still provide details of the winner to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in accordance with its obligation to ensure that a valid award of the Prize took place. 

FILMING: The halftime activation forms part of the Prize and will be filmed, photographed, recorded and broadcast. As a condition of taking part in the activation and receiving the Prize, the winner agrees that they will be filmed, photographed and recorded before, during and in connection with the activation, and that their name, image, voice, likeness and participation (their "Contribution") may be captured and used. The winner grants Arsenal a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, broadcast, publish and otherwise exploit their Contribution, in whole or in part, across all media and channels now known or later developed (including Arsenal's and Emirates' websites, apps, social media channels, email and other marketing, matchday and stadium screens, broadcast, print and advertising), for purposes connected with Arsenal, this Promotion and the marketing and promotion of the same. This licence includes the right to sub-licence these rights to Arsenal's group companies, partners, agencies and service providers. The winner will not be entitled to any payment for the use of their Contribution, and to the extent permitted by law waives any moral rights in it. Because filming and broadcast are integral to the activation, a winner who does not wish to be filmed or to have their Contribution used in this way will be unable to take part in the activation and to that extent will be unable to claim that element of the Prize. This requirement, and the fact that the activation will be filmed and broadcast, is drawn to entrants' attention at the point of entry. 

Details of the winners’ names and counties will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and Closing Date of the Promotion) at the address set out below. If winners object to any or all of their details being published or made available, they should contact Arsenal by either writing to the Contact below or by emailing marketing@arsenal.co.uk. Arsenal will use entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the Promotion and awarding the Prize. Arsenal may use the details to contact entrants about Arsenal’s products and services where this is consented to, in accordance with Arsenal’s privacy notice available at http://www.arsenal.com/privacy-policy.  

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.  

Arsenal reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.  

Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the Prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

Arsenal’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion (including the Prize) and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise): 

any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever; or 

any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused. 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim. 

SPIRIT OF THE PROMOTION: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future Promotions.
