23/24 Cup Scheme

The 23/24 Cup Scheme window is now closed.

The 2023/24 gold season ticket consists 22 games for General Admission season ticket holders, including 19 Premier League matches and 3 UEFA Champions League group stage games. ​

Gold season ticket holders are given the chance to sign up to our Cup Scheme, which means you will automatically purchase your own seat for all remaining home European and FA Cup matches before they go on sale to other members. 

If you miss the initial Cup Scheme sign-up window or prefer to purchase your ticket once the game is confirmed, you will still be able to purchase your seat (subject to event restrictions) in an exclusive window on a per match basis. ​Please note, if you sign up for the Cup Scheme, you're committing to buy all home games in the knock-out stages of the Champions League and the FA Cup and it's not possible to opt out of the scheme once you've signed up. ​

We understand the importance of flexibility, and match tickets purchased via the Cup Scheme can be posted on Ticket Exchange and shared with friends and family via the Ticket Transfer service, so if you can't make it to a match, you can give other supporters the chance to get behind the team in the stadium when you can’t attend.

If my registered payment card fails, will I be given another opportunity to buy my seat?

Yes, if your payment card fails, you will automatically be given an opportunity to purchase your own seat in the exclusive window.

Once I enroll, can I unenroll from the cup scheme?

You may cancel your Cup Season Ticket within fourteen (14) days of the date of its issue to you, provided that no digital or physical pass issued to you as part of your Cup Season Ticket has been used to attend any Cup Match, by submitting a cancellation request to the Club’s online help centre here.

I signed up to the cup scheme this season, will I automatically be signed up next season?

No, the cup scheme is season specific and will open for registrations each season.

Can I opt out of individual games?

No, once enrolled in the Cup Scheme you are allocated a seat for each of the eligible games and you cannot opt out of specific matches.

If I do not opt in for the Cup Scheme, will I have another opportunity to purchase my usual seat?

Yes, Season Ticket Holders will be given an opportunity to purchase their own seat in an exclusive window. Tickets purchased in the windows will be available to be sold on the Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer will be activated should the Season Ticket Holder be unable to attend.

How can I update my details if my debit/credit card details have changed or expired?

If you need to update your card details after the window has closed, please contact our Fan Services team on 020 7619 5000.

When do I need to pay for games if I enroll into an Auto Cup Scheme?

Your registered card will automatically be charged if and when any home cup fixtures arise, or a draw is confirmed. Please check the specific game's Ticket Info page for timeframes.
We will be able to confirm ticket prices once fixtures are confirmed.

I am relocated for Champions League matches, can I opt into the Cup Scheme?

Unfortunately not, due to the potential need to relocate seats in these areas for UEFA home cup games we are not offering the cup scheme to this group.
We're happy to confirm that No UEFA Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase a relocated seat, during an exclusive Season Ticket Holder window for home UEFA knockout cup games and their own seasonal seat for FA Cup fixtures at the seasonal price.

I am a Platinum Member, do I need to opt into the Cup Scheme?

As a Platinum Member, you do not need to opt into the Cup Scheme as your Season Ticket includes all competitive Arsenal Men's home fixtures.

How do I know what category of game each cup game is and therefore, what price I will pay for my seat?

Once the game is confirmed, the category of game will be advertised on the relevant ticket information page. Season Ticket Holder seat prices can be found here.

Are seats purchased through the Cup Scheme included in the seat utilisation requirement?

Seats purchased through the Cup Scheme are not included in the seat utilisation requirement or target.

Can I register multiple Season Tickets via the Cup Scheme that I manage in "My Network"?

If you manage other supporters’ Season Ticket(s) via ‘My Network’, each supporter/membership must login using their own credentials to sign up for the Cup Scheme – you are not able to do this on behalf of other Season Ticket Holders in your Network.

How much will I be charged for the Cup Scheme?

This depends on the price band, price class, number and category of home games played in the UEFA Knockout rounds and FA Cup Competitions. Please see a worked example* from the Upper and Lower Tiers below.

*These examples are based on Adult price classes with Arsenal playing the maximum amount of home games applicable and they do not depict the exact category for each round of the competition/s. They are to be used as a guide to show the total potential cost of the cup games across the season - the match-by-match prices that season ticket holders will pay for cup games via the Scheme can be found here and the category of each cup game will be published on the relevant ticketing information page once the game is confirmed.
