Will tickets in the Family Enclosure be balloted?

There will be a ballot for tickets in the Family Enclosure. Silver, Cannon and Junior Gunner Members will be eligible to register for this ballot subject to their group meeting the Family Enclosure requirements. Senior Members (aged 65 and over) are eligible to sit in the Family Enclosure to receive a discount on their ticket. Adult and Cannon Members are only eligible to sit in the Family Enclosure if accompanying a Junior Gunner at a ratio of two Silver adult/Silver Cannon Members to one Junior Gunner Member.

Red/Cannon Red Members who attend with a Junior Gunner will be able to purchase a ticket in the Family Enclosure during the Junior Gunner priority sale (one Red/Cannon Red Member per JG). Please click here to complete a form to register for the ballot.

If a Member enters the Family Enclosure ballot, are they also eligible to enter the Silver ballot?

Yes, a Member can enter the Family Enclosure ballot as well as the Silver ballot. However, if a Member is successful in the Family Enclosure ballot, and purchases within the the self serve window, they will be removed from the Silver ballot as Members are only entitled to one ticket per Membership.

If a Member has been successful in the Family Enclosure, and has applied in another application with a group, this will invalidate the whole group's entry due to how groups are validated as one entry.

Can Red Members enter the Family Enclosure ballot for a chance to secure a ticket with a Junior Gunner?

Red Members will not be eligible to enter the Family Enclosure ballot. However, there will be a separate โ€˜Red Adult and Junior Gunnerโ€™ ballot where Red Adults can register to be balloted with a Junior Gunner for a chance to access a limited number of concessionary Junior tickets within the Family Enclosure. Full details on this will be advertised on the relevant ticket information pages on arsenal.com/tickets.
