As part of our tree planting scheme in Bore, Kenya, Arsenal support the annual Neem Cup competition – and we’re proud to say that both of our football teams, the Bore Lions and Bore Lionesses, triumphed in this season’s tournament.
The Lions came out on top in a hard-fought final 1-0 against Younger FC, while the Bore Lionesses won their final 2-1 against Mainswitch FC. We support both teams with training and match kit, and we’re proud to say the Lionesses were formed on the back of our partnership and are one of the only female teams in the region.
You’ll notice from the picture that we even managed to kit out the losing men’s finalists with an eye-catching black training kit.
Well done to both teams, and here’s to more success on and off the pitch in 2025/26.
