The leading appearance maker in the squad, with nearly 250 games under his belt, Hector has been a mainstay of the side since his breakthrough in 2014/15.

The right back joined the club as a 16 year old from Barcelona, making his debut two years later. After a brief loan spell with Watford, he won the first of his three FA Cups in 2015 and was named in the Premier League Team of the Season for 2015/16.

The Spain international is active off the pitch too, taking a keen interest in environmental and social justice issues. He is on loan with Betis in Spain’s La Liga for the whole of 2021/22.
