Kai Havertz serves a 1-0 suspension after picking up his fifth booking of the season in that 1-1 draw at the weekend, so he is replaced by Leandro Trossard in the starting XI.
That means David Raya continues in goal behind the back four of Ben White, William Saliba, Gabriel and Alex Zinchenko. Martin Odegaard skippers the side with Declan Rice starting against his former team for the first time.
Gabriel Jesus continues up front with Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli either side of him.
As for West Ham, they make one change to the side that beat Manchester United before Christmas. Angelo Ogbonna replaces Kurt Zouma in the centre of the defence, alongside former Gunner Dinos Mavropanos.
Incidentally, the threshold for suspensions rises from five to ten yellow cards after this match.
