Mikel Arteta has made just one change to the side that beat Sevilla on Wednesday to take on Burnley.
Ben White misses out, and is replaced by Alex Zinchenko, while Takehiro Tomiyasu is fit to start after being withdrawn at half-time during the week.
Bukayo Saka was also taken off against Sevilla, but he starts in the same front three, with Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli.
The midfield is also unchanged; Jorginho captains the side, with Declan Rice and Kai Havertz also starting. Martin Odegaard is not yet fit enough to return, but Eddie Nketiah is on the bench after recovering from injury.
Three youth players are also named on the bench – Charles Sagoe Jr, Bradley Ibrahim, both 19, and 18-year-old defender Reuell Walters.
