Team news

Team news: Saka included to face Chelsea

Bukayo Saka has been named in our starting line-up for today’s game against Chelsea, as Mikel Arteta makes two changes to his team.

The attacker has recovered from a hamstring injury that caused him to miss our win against Manchester City last time out, while the other big news sees William Saliba also fit enough to start after overcoming a toe problem that saw him miss France duty.

Leandro Trossard also takes his place on the bench after his recent hamstring strain, but Gabriel Martinelli is given the nod to start in attack alongside Gabriel Jesus, in what will be his 100th Premier League appearance.

Kai Havertz could also complete a century in the division today, but is on the bench against his former club, unlike Jorginho who starts once again on his old stomping ground.

Aaron Ramsdale drops out of the matchday squad after being at the birth of his baby boy yesterday, with Karl Hein named on the bench.

Chelsea meanwhile have made two changes from the side that beat Burnley a fortnight ago, with Malo Gusto returning from suspension to replace Axel Disasi, who is only fit enough for the bench.

Mykhailo Mudryk also gets a start in place of Armando Broja, while Benoit Badiashile, Nicolas Jackson and Reece James have all been named as substitutes after being injury doubts earlier in the week.

Chelsea: Sanchez, Cucurella, Silva, Colwill, Gusto, Caciedo, Fernandez, Gallagher, Palmer, Sterling, Mudyrk.

Subs: Petrovic, James, Maatsen, Badiashile, Disasi, Ugochukwu, Madueke, Jackson, Washington.

Arsenal: Raya, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko, Jorginho, Rice, Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli, Jesus.

Subs: Hein, Tomiyasu, Kiwior, Partey, Havertz, Smith Rowe, Trossard, Nelson, Nketiah.
