Match shirts auctioned for Poppy Appeal

Poppy shirts

Arsenal Football Club is delighted to announce that the exclusive match shirts worn by the team for our Premier League match against Manchester United on November 10 are now up for auction on The British Legion’s eBay site.

The yellow and blue away shirts, each of which has an embroidered poppy and the words 'Arsenal Remembers', together with details of the match, were worn by the team to commemorate Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day.

The Royal British Legion hopes to break previous fundraising Poppy Appeal records with an overall target of £37 million this year. With your support, we are hoping to help them reach that goal.

Each shirt will be signed by the respective player, with all money raised going towards the Poppy Appeal, which helps raise funds for serving members of the Armed Forces, veterans of all ages and their families.
