Liverpool (a) – Travel disruption

We want to make all supporters aware of travel disruption ahead of our match in Liverpool this coming Saturday (March 4).

Due to damage to overhead electric wires on the train line between Liverpool Lime Street and Runcorn, all lines are currently blocked and major disruption is expected until at least Monday (March 6).

Bus replacement services are currently in operation between Liverpool Lime Street and Crewe and Runcorn. Supporters are advised to use bus replacement services from Crewe, which will be more efficient than those from Runcorn.

Therefore we urge all supporters travelling by train to Liverpool for the match on Saturday to leave plenty of time for their journeys, or to seek alternative arrangements ahead of the 5.30pm kick-off.

For updates, we advise all fans to keep close to National Rail enquiries or Virgin Trains.

There are still limited spaces available on the Club's Supporters' coaches.

A return ticket costs £10, with details as follows.

Pick-ups will be made within two separate convoys:

Emirates Stadium start with pick ups

  • Pick up 1 – Departs Emirates Stadium (Queensland Road) at 10:15am
