Jack Wilshere and Alexis Sanchez were on target in the 2-2 draw with Manchester City, with the latter also scoring in the Capital One Cup defeat to Southampton.
Mesut Ozil and Danny Welbeck got off the mark at Aston Villa, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain struck in the north London derby against Tottenham.
