Yeah, it was good. We had a great reception today from the fans. It's nice to be back home after a long break. Everyone seems to be dusting off the cobwebs and getting back into it now.
on Yaya Sanogo…
The team is aware of his qualities. He's a good player, he's eager to learn and he works hard in training and he's getting his rewards now - congratulations to him.
on confidence and Sanogo…
It's what we need. We don't want to be short on strikers this season and as long as he's confident, it's good for us.
on the new players…
Yeah they definitely [impressed]. Especially Calum, coming in at centre back today. I thought he was excellent - it's not easy when you are first coming into a new team but he's fitted straight in and he's been made very welcome by the boys. I think he's enjoying being here.
on excitement ahead of the new season…
It's highly anticipated when you've brought new and exciting players in. We've made some good and exciting signings and it's up to us to keep on from what we did last season and if we do that, we're on course to have a positive season.
on how he feels…
We only have one week left now of training. All the boys that have been at the World Cup are coming back into it. We've got a fully-fit squad with injured players hopefully coming back so it's promising.
