We have 100 accessible parking spaces at Emirates Stadium

Do I need to pay for an accessible parking space?
We do not charge for this service.

Do you need to see a copy of my Blue Badge each season?
To be eligible for accessible parking at Emirates Stadium, your first parking application each season must include a copy of both sides of the Blue Badge.

What date can I apply for parking for a particular game?
The booking period usually opens four weeks before each home game.  This period can be shorter for the first few home games of the season, and Cup games. The booking period will generally close when all parking spaces have been allocated.

What happens after I have submitted my application for accessible parking?
If your application for accessible parking is successful, the Disability Liaison Team (DLT) will confirm by email that you have been allocated a space. If you do not have an email address, please call the DLT on 020 7619 5000 (Option 2) (Monday – Friday 9.30am until 5.00pm) no later than one week before the match for an update on your application.

Your confirmation email will also provide information on how the car park operates on a matchday, including car park opening and closing times. Please ensure that you read this information carefully.

What happens if my application for accessible parking is unsuccessful?
We will advise you via email that you are on the waiting list for a suitable cancellation. If you do not have an email address, please call the Disability Liaison Team on 020 7619 5000 (Option 2) (Monday – Friday 9.30am until 5.00pm) no later than one week before the match for an update on your application.

I no longer require accessible car parking.  How do it cancel it?
The car park generally runs at maximum capacity, and we operate a waiting list for when cancellations occur.  Therefore, if you are offered a parking space and you are unable to attend the match, you must inform the Disability Liaison Team (DLT) on 020 7619 5000 (Option 2) (Monday – Friday 9.30am until 5.00pm), or let us know by submitting details via our Enquiry Form selecting Disability>Blue Badge Parking so we can reallocate the space.

The disabled supporter is unable to attend the game.  I am still going but I am not disabled, can I still use the car park?
Unfortunately, the parking space is issued for the sole use of the disabled supporter. Please let us know if they are unable to attend the game.

Do you offer seasonal accessible car parking?

Where can I park if the car park is full?
With a valid Blue Badge you can park in one of the surrounding roads using a vacant residents parking bay. However, you should check to make sure the bay concerned is not suspended because of the event day road closures around Emirates Stadium.  There are also several dedicated Blue Badge bays in the area which are specifically for the use of a designated Blue Badge holder.  Please check the Blue Badge parking signage carefully before you park.

Are there road closures around Emirates Stadium on a matchday?
There are several road closures around Emirates Stadium that you should be aware of if you are driving to the game.

The road restrictions will begin 2 hours prior to kick-off with a limited access route. The full road closure order is issued 1 hour prior to the start of the game, when the checkpoints and the car park will be closed for entry.

The roads and car park will reopen after kick-off until 15 minutes before the final whistle. After the end of the game the roads and car park will remain closed while supporters exit Emirates Stadium.

Post-match the roads and car park will reopen again once the Police deem the area to be safe for vehicles, which is usually up to 45 minutes after the game (on occasions this may be longer).

How do I enter the road closures?
There are dedicated entry checkpoints around Emirates Stadium where you will need to show your permit and you will be allowed entry.  If you are picking up a permit at the car park entrance, your name will be on the collection list at the checkpoints.

Note that access to several roads in the vicinity of Emirates Stadium has recently changed, please be mindful of new signage and additional cycle only roads.

What happens if I am delayed in traffic late and arrive late to the car park?
The car park closes one hour prior to the game and will reopen again just after kick-off. If you arrive at the car park after it has closed, you will be asked to park up and wait for it to reopen.

Will I be allocated a specific parking space in Emirates Stadium?
We do not allocate a particular numbered space. Instead, you will be allocated a space as nearby your seat, as possible.

Will I need to exit the car park to get to the seated area?
You will be able to access the seated area from the car park via one of nine lifts. Stewards are on hand to direct/assist you if required.

How do I get to my seat?
Once you vacate your car, please leave the car park immediately by using the nearest lift (stewards will be on hand to direct you).  Please return to your vehicle via the same route after the game.

I need to collect tickets from the Box/Ticket Collection Office.  Should I do this before I enter the car park?
Please arrange to collect any tickets before you enter the car park, as your tickets will need to be validated on entry to the car park.

Can I visit the shops/restaurants outside the ground before the start of the match and how do I re-enter the ground to get to my seat?
If you would like to exit the car park to access The Armoury or local restaurants, please leave the car park via the same entrance you used to enter the stadium. To re-enter the stadium, you will need to visit the Box Office to revalidate your ticket, by entering through the Media Entrance. When going through this entrance, there will be a window to your right-hand side.

Can I return to my car during the game?
Once parked, please ensure that you take with you all the belongings that you might need while you are in the stadium (including any medication). This is because once you have left the car park you will NOT be allowed to return to your vehicle until after the game. Please speak to a steward if you require emergency access to your vehicle.

Will I need to display my parking permit and Blue Badge in the car park?
Please ensure that your parking permit and Blue Badge are clearly displayed on your dashboard.

How long after the game do I have to wait before the car park reopens to exit Emirates Stadium?
The roads may not reopen for up to 45 minutes after the end of the game. Once the road closures have been lifted, a tannoy announcement will let you know that the car park is open so that you can exit the stadium.

Engines MUST remain switched off until after the car park is open announcement. Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in the Disability Liaison Team not allowing you to book matchday parking in the future.

Am I allowed to meet my friends, obtain players autographs, or take photographs in the car park?
Supporters are asked not to wait for friends or to try and obtain players autographs.  Due to heightened security measures please do not film or photograph anywhere in the car park.
