Overseas bookings
Any overseas transactions completed via the Friends and Family service or on General sale between 10am from Monday 24th April 2017 up until 9am on Monday 8th May 2017 will be sent to Emirates stadium and held for collection on the day of the fixture from the South West Collection Office on podium level opposite turnstile S. Tickets will be held in the lead purchaser’s name and be available to collect from 3 hours before kick-off. ID will be required. 

Friends and Family service or General sale
All other transactions completed via the Friends and Family service or on General sale between 10am from Monday 24th April 2017 up until 9am on Monday 8th May 2017 will be sent paper tickets to the lead client address to gain entry. In the unlikely event that supporters do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) from Tuesday 16th May 2017. The lines are open 09.30am to 17.00pm. 

The Arsenal TicketFast facility
All transactions completed after 9:30am on Monday 8th May 2017 will be via the The Arsenal TicketFast facility.  Each TicketFast ticket will be emailed to the lead client email address and will need to be printed and taken to the game to gain entry to the stadium. Your tickets will arrive in the second email after completing your booking. Please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) from Tuesday 16th May 2017 if you have not received your print at home tickets. The lines are open 09.30am to 17.00pm
