Benik Afobe

Powerful forward Benik returned from a long-term knee injury in November 2013 and scored two goals in four appearances for the under-21s before joining Sheffield Wednesday on loan in January.

The athletic striker, who is also an England youth international, netted two goals in 13 appearances for the Owls and help them steer clear of relegation to League One. Benik scored from the spot in Arsenal's opening pre-season friendly against Boreham Wood and bagged a brace in an Arsenal XI game against Harrow Borough.
