After the massive success of last season’s away trip, we once again took 40 Junior Gunners to Craven Cottage to cheer on the team when Arsenal visited Fulham on Saturday, August 24.
The JGs chugged down the Thames to the stadium on a specially-chartered boat for the big game.
The boat trip started at Tower Pier, and the JGs were treated to a special tour of top London landmarks courtesy of Arsenal in the Community's Samir Singh.
After they moored up at Putney Pier and headed into Craven Cottage, the JGs then turned their mind to the big game. Unveiling a Junior Gunners on Tour banner, they got right behind Arsène Wenger’s team, cheering them on to the team’s first league win of the 2013/14 season .
The youngsters won their places on the boat trip and tickets to the game courtesy of a JG competition. Keep your eyes peeled on the site for the chance to win more top Arsenal prizes.
