New to this season was the JG Away Trip Experience which has been brought to you by official club partner Indesit. This new competition was the perfect chance to win an amazing away trip experience.
After loads of brilliant entries, we chose Max as our winner after he made an amazing version of the crest with his family, showing us his work in a lovely letter and explaining why he wanted to bring his dad, mum and sister.
Indesit provided the winners with four tickets to the match, accommodation in Manchester as well as train travel!
Max said: “Thank you for the away trip experience, it was fantastic! On the train from Euston, we saw all the players getting on our train to Manchester which was a bonus.
“We went to the Etihad Stadium really early and it was very cold but really exciting. All the Arsenal fans were singing loudly before the game started and the atmospehere was amazing.
“My favourite chant was ’49 undefeated’, that was sung a lot. When Cazorla was given a penalty I held my breath but when he scored all the Arsenal fans went mad. My favourite goal was from Giroud, which was a fantastic header!”
