We spoke to French defender Laurent Koscielny recently to find out what he gets up to on a typical day…
What time do you usually get up in the morning?
At about 9.15am.
What's your first drink of the day?
Coffee. Strong coffee after my breakfast!
What do you usually eat for breakfast?
Cereal with mixed nuts and yoghurt. Very healthy stuff.

Before heading to training is there anything else that you generally do?
I take a show, brush my teeth and put wax in my hair.
How long does it take you drive to the training ground?
Twenty five minutes. Twenty if I'm fast
And what car do you drive?
Do you listen to music or the radio on the way in?
I have my iPod or a CD - some house or rap, but mostly French music. I never listen to the radio unless the traffic is bad and I want to know what the problem is.
Do you always travel on your own?
Yes, always on my own.
What do you keep in your locker?
My washbag, some boots, my phone bil…
Do you have any special warm up warm up routines?
No, I just put on a compression sock for my calf.
What aspect of training do you enjoy the most?
Five against two is good.
Which team-mate do you think is the best trainer?
Maybe Per Mertesacker.
So you always head home straight after training?
Who do you tend to sit with at lunch?
It depends. I don't wait around. I take my shower and with with whoever's there, talking in English or French.
What do you do when you get home?
I play with my children, or sometimes I go into the city to do some shopping or go to a restaurant.
What three things do you do in the evening?
I put my daughter to bed, make milk for my son and after that I stay with my wife on the sofa and watch TV after dinner.
What time do you eat dinner?
What's the last thing you do before going to bed?
Brush my teeth. Or sometimes I drink an infusion - not tea.
What time do you go to bed?
11 to 11.30pm.
