Faye moved into the business side of football in March 2013 after 17 years of playing at the top level for Arsenal.

A true one-club player, the former defender is one of the most recognised and respected players in the game, winning 90 caps and scoring 12 goals for England.

Faye won 31 trophies with the Gunners, including 10 Women's Premier League National Divisions and nine FA Women's Cups, and was voted FA Women's Player of the Year in 1997/98.

Since her retirement, she has been responsible for marketing the ladies' team and also coaches the local University of Hertfordshire Women’s first team.
