You will need to quote the following information (If you need to update your client details, please do so prior to booking):
- Valid password
- Valid email address
- Valid Membership number
- Credit/debit card details
Once a successful booking has been made, your Membership cards will be activated & you will be sent a confirmation email which will include the seat details .All supporters are requested to bring their membership card in order to locate their seat and gain access to the stadium.
Important Information for Season 2021/22
Stadium Access
Access to the stadium will be via your Arsenal membership card, which will be loaded with the ticket(s) you have purchased. Please note if you have been issued a new My Arsenal Rewards card, this replaces your previous membership card which will no longer permit you access to Emirates Stadium (Junior Gunners will continue to use their original card.
You will also be emailed a digital version of your membership pass which can be downloaded to your Apple / Android wallet and used to access Emirates Stadium for any purchased fixtures.
COVID-19
We encourage supporters to follow public health guidance when attending matches at Emirates Stadium. This includes wearing face coverings in all indoor areas, making use of hand washing facilities and hand sanitising stations, and not attending if you have any COVID symptoms.
