Tickets for this game will be PDF tickets that can be printed or scanned by mobile phone and will be sent to each seated client. Please ensure that your email address details are up to date.

Passport details will also be required for each seat when making a booking.

Away tickets must be used by the member assigned to the booking and must not be handed over to another individual. Any tickets found to not be in possession of the named holders will be refused entry and the membership/s assigned to the seats may be suspended as a result.

Supporters will be asked to enter the passport details for all seats within the booking and they must also match the details of the assigned member to the seat.

It should be noted that to conform with Italian law, all tickets WILL be checked at the Stadium against the personal identity of the holder. All ticket holders will need to supply their physical passports for such checks and copies or other forms of ID will not be accepted in any form.

Please note we may be implementing a enforced collection operation for this fixture to which we will confirm with those affected supporters the process to collect their tickets in Italy with Identification.

Arsenal fans will have a designated Fan Plaza located at Piazzale degli Alpini (24121 Bergamo, Province of Bergamo, Italy) Those Arsenal fans within this area that have a ticket to the match will be transported to the stadium by buses. The buses will start running 2 hours before the match (7pm Italian time).
