QARABAG FK - VISA INFORMATION

If you are a British national travelling to our away match against Qarabag FK you will need to apply for a visa to enter Azerbaijan.

Here is a step-by-step-guide to organising your visa:

E-VISA ONLINE APPLICATION

1/ Complete the online application on the Asan Visa website (https://evisa.gov.az/en/).

2/ Make the online payment – the cost is 20 US dollars.

3/ Download and print your e-visa.

E-visas typically take three working days to process. An express service is available for an additional fee, but we recommend you allow additional time wherever possible. In-person and postal applications via the Azerbaijan Visa Centre are not recommended, as processing times cannot be guaranteed.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months following the day of departure from Azerbaijan.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure everyone’s safety and security, we will be continuing with the away ticket process that we have used in previous seasons for ALL Europa League matches.

All travelling supporters will need to show their match ticket, accompanied with a valid passport on entry to the stadium. In the event supporters turn up at the Stadium without a valid passport entry will be declined.

At the time of booking, all members will be required to provide the following information:

• The full name of the TRAVELLING SUPPORTER * who will be using the match ticket
• Valid Passport Number of the travelling supporter who will be using the match ticket
• Date of birth of the travelling supporter who will be using the match ticket

*TRAVELLING SUPPORTER

We are aware that some members have more than one season ticket registered in their own name or registered in a company name. Consequently, we understand that the details on the season ticket will not be the same as the supporter travelling to the match. Therefore, the details supplied will need to be of the travelling supporter.

Please be aware that if details are incorrect at the time of booking, the booking will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

You must ensure ALL details are correct for the travelling supporter before completing the transaction. The name and date of birth of the travelling supporter will be detailed on each match ticket. Details of the travelling supporter cannot be changed once the booking has been made.

We stress that if any supporters have any queries about this process, please call the Arsenal Contact Centre on 020 7619 5000 before completing the transaction.

Please note, the information of travelling supporters (name, passport number and date of birth) will be shared with the Metropolitan Police prior to the match in order to maintain the safety and security of all.

Ahead of arrival at the away stadium, we would like to remind all travelling supporters of the following:

• Please arrive at least an hour before kick-off to avoid long queues and delayed entry
• Checks will be carried out before entering the stadium
• All passport numbers must correlate to the name on the ticket otherwise entry to the stadium will be refused

*Away Point Redemption:

The club will be implementing the following procedure used in previous seasons regarding the process of allocating away points.

Members will be able to purchase and receive tickets in the usual way. However, once the ticket has been purchased and received, the process in redeeming the away match point for this particular fixture is as follows:

Process to redeem your voucher:

• Purchase and receive ticket by usual procedures.
• On entering the stadium at the North Entrance of the Baku Olympic Stadium, each supporter will be given an away point redemption voucher by Arsenal staff, who will be positioned at the turnstiles. This voucher will contain a unique reference number. Please note, this voucher should be kept in a safe place, as replacements will not be available.

·         In the event you do not collect an away point redemption voucher at the turnstile, we will not be able to credit your account under any circumstance.

• The away match point can then be claimed by logging onto Arsenal.com and following the instructions as detailed on the voucher.
• Thereafter, each supporter’s account will be updated with the away match point.
