By Car: Take the A1 towards London from M25, turn off for Borehamwood, head for town centre, turn into Brook Road at the roundabout before the town centre. Broughinge Road is the second right after the public car park.
Parking is not available at the BWFC club car park, as this is reserved for players, officials and guests only.
We advise supporters to park using the Brook Road public pay and display car park adjacent to the ground, which has 143 spaces & seven disabled spaces (use postcode WD6 5HJ).
Between Monday to Saturday (9am-6.30pm) it costs £1.70 for 2 hours and £2.20 for 3 hours, and it's free after these hours on weekdays and on Sundays.
You can then access the ground via the South Stand turnstile at the back of the ground (next to the Boreham Wood Bowls Club).
Alternative parking is also available via the Civic Car Park, which is less than a 10 minute walk from the club.
By Train: Elstree and Borehamwood Station is the closest station and is on the Thameslink line. When you come out of the train station, walk down Borehamwood High Street until you come to McDonalds on your left. Turn left into Brook Road. Broughinge Road is the second right after the public car park.
By Bus: From the station take the 292 towards Colindale Asda and you need to get off at the Elstree Studio Stop.
Stadium entry. Supporters can enter via the East Stand and South Stand turnstiles. The East Stand Turnstiles is located in the main car park. The South Stand turnstiles are located directly off of Brook Road public car park.
The capacity at Boreham Wood FC is 4,500. The main stand has seating for 500 supporters and is the ideal spot for families as it is parallel to the pitch and closest to the dugout! You will also find the press box and club officials' seats here.
Behind both goals there is standing only space and the ground is accessible for wheelchairs.
There is also a brand-new 1,200-seater stand which opened in summer 2014 which is opposite the main stand.
Disabled Supporters Information
BWFC has dedicated facilities for wheelchair bound and less able supporters. These include a viewing area and disabled toilet facilities which are available in the West Stand.
Supporters wishing to make use of these facilities are asked to enter the stadium via the South Stand turnstiles off Brook Road car park. Disabled parking bays are available in this car park. Please note that these parking spaces are limited and on a first come, first served basis. Spaces cannot be reserved by the club.
When to arrive & pre match entertainment
Our normal match times are 2pm on Sunday afternoons or 7.45pm on Wednesday/Thursday evenings, but we strongly advise you check our fixtures list before travelling as matches are subject to change and kick off times can vary.
If you want to soak up the atmosphere, enjoy the warm-ups and grab something to eat and drink we recommend arriving 45-60 minutes before kick-off.
We regularly run pre-match and half time activities such as festivals, coaching sessions, competitions and other events for children so please check the latest news section for up-to-date information.
Buying a programme and merchandise
Our matchday programme is your guide to the day’s match and costs just £2 and can be purchased on the turnstile or inside the ground from a programme seller. It features messages from the manager as well as previous match reports, exclusive interviews, general club news and even competitions!
We also have merchandise available on match days with a range that includes many pocket money items for children, ranging from bags, keyrings, beanie hats and more. Our merchandise stall is located in the south east corner of the ground, to the left of the East stand and near the players pitch entrance.
Food and drink
There are three places to purchase food or drinks on match days. There are two kiosks inside the ground, one behind the goal, near the Brook Road Car Park turnstile in the south stand, and the other is in the opposite corner of the ground next to the West stand.
Tea, Coffee and Soft Drinks are all £1 and Burgers and Hotdogs range from £2.50 - £3.50. There is another food kiosk behind the main stand in the club's main car park.
Please be advised on high profile match days (e.g Man City, Chelsea) queuing times can be increased at half time.
Boreham Wood FC also has a public bar, called the Gallery Suite, which is open to all supporters and customers before, during and after the match. The bar is well stocked, has Sky Sports, BT sports and WiFi is also available.
