The release of the new Premier League fixture list is one of the most anticipated days of the calendar for any supporter of a top-flight club, and the time is nearly upon us again.

Now that the line-up for the 2023/24 campaign has been confirmed with Burnley, Sheffield United and Luton Town joining us in the division next term, the fixture computer is busy drawing up the schedules that will determine our fate next season.

Here is everything you need to know, including when you'll find out who we'll face, and other key dates for your diary:

All 38 of our league matches will be revealed right here on Arsenal.com from 9am BST on Thursday, June 15.

These fixtures will then be altered in due course due to our involvement in the UEFA Champions League, as well as TV broadcast selections.

The season will start on the weekend of August 12-13, one week later than last season’s kick-off. The final match round will be on Sunday, May 19 2024, when all fixtures will take place simultaneously.

This means the calendar has now returned to its traditional format, after being altered heavily over the past three seasons to accommodate the Covid-19 pandemic and the 2022 World Cup.

How will the season be structured?

The 2023/24 campaign will consist of matches across 34 weekends, as well as three midweek rounds and one Bank Holiday match round.

For supporters planning their festive fixtures, no two rounds across Christmas and New Year will take place within 48 hours of each other.

Following that, the mid-season break will return which will take place between 12 and 20 January 2024. This sees a round of Premier League matches split over two weekends, meaning each club will have a weekend free to allow players time to recuperate following the festive games.
