We had a great start to 2024, winning all four games in the month of January.
After beating Watford 5-1, Everton 2-1, Reading 6-0 and Liverpool 2-0, we’ve selected four candidates and you can cast your vote at the bottom of the article.
Lia Walti
After scoring the second goal of our 5-1 win at home to Watford in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup, Lia went on to get the assist for Beth Mead’s goal, which won the game, in our 2-1 win over Everton.
Lia also played 90 minutes of our 2-0 win against Liverpool in the Barclays Women’s Super League.
Caitlin Foord
Caitlin was a consistent performer in January, opening the scoring against Everton as well as against Reading in out 6-0 FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup win.
She scored the second goal of our 2-0 win at Liverpool as well.
Emily Fox
After impressing on her debut with 90 minutes against Watford, Emily got another against Everton and then against Liverpool, when she kept her first clean sheet for the club.
The flying full-back also provided the assist for Vivianne Miedema’s opening goal against Liverpool.
Stina Blackstenius
After scoring the third goal of the game off the bench against Watford, Stina made a late cameo in our 2-1 win over Everton.
But it was the following game when she really stole the show, scoring a hat-trick in our 6-0 win against Reading.
