United by a shared commitment to positive change, No More Red charity partners Arsenal in the Community and the Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation came together to host a special event in honour of this year’s Stephen Lawrence Day.

Held on Wednesday 23 April – one day after the 32nd anniversary of Stephen Lawrence’s tragic death – the event highlighted continued support for No More Red and the invaluable work of the Foundation. Young people were at the heart of the day, taking part in football sessions led by Arsenal in the Community coaches.

The evening also featured a powerful workshop delivered by Donald Mbeutcha, interim CEO of the Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation. The session explored themes central to the Foundation’s mission, including Stephen’s enduring legacy and the vital importance of education and awareness in building a more just and equitable society.

This year’s campaign, Knowledge Changes Everything, champions the transformative power of education and shines a spotlight on the Foundation’s work to unlock young people's potential by providing access to opportunity. Through this, the Foundation continues to honour Stephen’s memory and inspire a fairer future for all.

Participants were invited to Emirates Stadium after the workshop to watch our fixture against Crystal Palace. During the matchday show, a dedicated segment highlighted the work of the Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation.
