Our under-18s will return to league action with a trip to the south coast to face Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday, September 28. Kick-off at AMEX Performance Centre is at 12pm.
In our last two league games, we’ve remarkably gone 3-0 down to Southampton and West Bromwich Albion and we’ve managed to overcome and draw 3-3 on both occasions which is a testament to the character shown by Jack Wilshere’s side.
A look at Brighton
The Seagulls have started the season in fine form with three wins and two draws which sees them sit at the top of the U18s Premier League South.
In their five games, they’ve scored 17 goals and conceded just six. Their last two games have seen them put on emphatic showings with a 5-1 victory over West Brom and then a 4-0 win over Leicester City.
