We made the breakthrough against Burnley right at the end of the first half, and Leandro Trossard's opener was significant for it being the 1,000th goal we've scored at Emirates Stadium.
His milestone header on Saturday sparked us into life, laying the platform for a 3-1 win, but he had to suffer for the goal, injuring his arm in the process.
"In the moment I headed the ball I tried to protect myself," the forward explained afterwards. "But I hit the post with my forearm and it was really painful but it’s ok and the pain has calmed down.
"It’s always nice to score a goal, of course, that helps your team to win a game and that’s what we did today so it was really important to go into the international break like this and we have done it."
It was his sixth goal of the season, and seventh in all for the club, and incredibly all seven have been assisted by Bukayo Saka.
"I don’t know why but every time B is on the ball, I just know I need to make a movement or come close to him and in this moment I just gambled on him winning the header and he did and that’s why I got the goal today.
"We had two tough games this week before today and we knew that today was going to be a hard game as well so it is really important that we won and we go with a good feeling into the international break," he added.
