Our US tour closes against Liverpool on Wednesday in Philadelphia - a familiar foe in an unfamiliar setting.
It is the first time we have faced the Reds in the USA, and the first time Arne Slot will have faced us as boss of the Merseysiders.
Much has changed at Anfield over the past few months, so here is everything you need to know ahead before we meet in the City of Brotherly Love:
How did Liverpool fare last season?
After Jurgen Klopp’s last campaign at Anfield ended with a third-place finish and the League Cup courtesy of a win over Chelsea at Wembley, Dutchman Slot has arrived from Feyenoord with big shoes to fill.
The Reds were title contenders right up until April, losing to just Tottenham Hotspur and ourselves before a run of three wins from their final eight games saw them fall behind, but ultimately a return to the Champions League was secured.
Have Liverpool been active in the transfer market?
Slot has taken his time to assess what he’s been left with, and the Reds have yet to sign a new player this summer. However, some familiar names will not be part of the new era.
Joel Matip and Thiago departed after their contracts expired, as did goalkeeper Adrian who has joined Real Betis. A host of other youngsters have also left, while Calvin Ramsey has joined League One side Wigan Athletic on loan.
Who have Liverpool selected for their tour?
Slot has selected 28 players to head Stateside, however he will be initially be without several players enjoying an extended break following their exploits at Euro 2024 and the Copa America.
Alisson, Ibrahima Konate, Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez, Alexis Mac Allister, Cody Gakpo, Ryan Gravenberch, Diogo Jota, Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz didn’t travel with the squad, but some could make an appearance against us.
However Mohamed Salah, Curtis Jones, Wataru Endo, Dominik Szoboszlai and Harvey Elliott are all selected alongside a host of young talent, but Andrew Robertson has been ruled out of our game with a minor injury he sustained in action for Scotland.
Goalkeepers: Caoimhin Kelleher, Vitezslav Jaros, Marcelo Pitaluga, Harvey Davies
Defenders: Michael Bradley, Andrew Robertson, Kostas Tsimikas, Owen Beck, Jarell Quansah, Sepp Van den Berg, Nathaniel Phillips, Amara Nallo, Luke Chambers
Midfielders: Wataru Endo, Stefan Bajcetic, Tyler Morton, Luca Stephenson, Dominik Szoboszlai, Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott, James McConnell, Trey Nyoni
Forwards: Fabio Carvalho, Ben Doak, Lewis Koumas, Mohamed Salah, Kaide Gordon, Harvey Blair
How have Liverpool fared in pre-season so far?
Before jetting off to the US, the Reds took on local rivals Preston North End in a behind-closed-doors friendly at their training centre, but lost 1-0 thanks to a goal from Republic of Ireland international Robbie Brady.
Their first game of their tour came against Real Betis last Friday night in Pittsburgh, and this time they came out on top of a one-goal game thanks to a Szoboszlai strike to beat the Spanish side after he latched onto Salah's through ball.
However the win may have come at a cost as Jones was forced off after an hour, with Slot unsure as to the extent of the injury.
