Ticket Information

Ticketing information: Birmingham City (h)

AWFC

Following our announcement on Thursday that we will safely be welcoming 900 supporters to our Barclays FA Women’s Super League home this weekend, we would like to confirm in detail the ticketing process and our approach to supporter safety.

Ticket sales process

Arsenal Women members have been emailed a link to register as a member on our new ticketing platform. If you are a member and have not received this email, please contact arsenalwomen@arsenal.co.uk. Membership registration on our new ticketing platform closes at 5pm today.

As some Arsenal Women members will be located in Tier 3 areas and therefore unable to attend this fixture, this fixture is classified as ‘restricted’ and will still count towards the value exchange. Due to this fixture being restricted it will not be free to access for members, and members will have to purchase a ticket at a discounted rate.

Tickets will go on sale to members on Saturday, December 5 at 9am.

Tickets will then go on sale to both members and non-members on Saturday, December 5 at 11am. This provides an exclusive window of two hours for members to purchase their tickets.

Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Away fans are encouraged not to travel and attend this fixture. Tickets must be purchased by home fans only.

Tickets will be available to purchase at the following prices:

Members

Adults: £5

Concessions (Junior, OAP, Disabled + P.A. Assistant): £2.50

Non-members

Adults: £10

Concessions (Junior, OAP, Disabled + P.A. Assistant): £5

It is important to note that disabled fans will not need to purchase an additional ticket for their P.A. assistant, they will be sent two e-tickets.

Seat allocation and social distancing

All tickets will be allocated as ‘unreserved’. All safe seating/standing areas will be clearly marked and will adhere to social distancing regulations.

Please ensure you are social distancing at all times.

Arsenal v Everton (and beyond)

Once our fixture against Birmingham has passed, we will re-open Arsenal Women member registrations. This will allow Arsenal Women members the opportunity to be able to purchase tickets to future fixtures for free or at a discounted rate, depending on restrictions.

For future fixtures there will be a longer window of priority for members to purchase their tickets, before going on general sale.

Your safety

All fans must agree and adhere to the following code of conduct and comply with all relevant terms and conditions. It is essential that you take your time to read these documents carefully.

All fans will be subject to a temperature check on arrival and will be required to wear a mask at all times (unless medically exempt, eating, drinking or under 11 years of age) as mentioned in the code of conduct. Supporters will be able to enter the stadium via the South Stand and East Stand turnstiles. The East Stand will not be open to supporters, only the North Bank, South Stand and West Stand will be available for seating/standing.

Supporters will be informed of staggered entry/exit times before the match on Sunday and QR codes will be located around the stadium for track-and-trace registration. It is essential that fans adhere to these strict guidelines.

Thank you for your support

This has been a challenging time for everyone and we want to thank you for your support, patience and understanding. We can’t wait to welcome you back, even though it will be a small number of fans initially.

We look forward to seeing you at Meadow Park soon.

From everyone at Arsenal
