Voting is now open to decide our women's Player of the Month for December.
Emily Fox won November's accolade but who was your standout performer this month as our Gunners continued their unbeaten run? Read on to hear about our nominees and how to vote.
ALESSIA RUSSO

Our number 23's form in December has been nothing short of electric. Alessia scored six across all four of our fixtures, more than doubling her season tally in a single month. These goals have come at vital times, too, as she opened the scoring against Aston Villa, Valerenga and Liverpool.
But Alessia has also shown no sign of stopping when the game has already been put to bed: deep into stoppage time with our Gunners 3-0 up over Villa, our striker pickpocketed a defender and hits a spectacularly sweet strike.
KYRA COONEY-CROSS

Our dynamic midfielder had another month to remember from the centre of the park as won all of our matches in December. Our Australian was the heart of everything during our 4-0 win over Aston Villa in the Women's Super League, setting up Alessia Russo's first goal of the afternoon with an inviting cross at the Emirates Stadium.
Days later, Kyra put in another brilliant set piece, which led to our opening goal in a 3-2 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
MARIONA CALDENTEY

Maria's December ended in the perfect way possible, netting the winning goal against Bayern Munich to sign off 2024 in style. The Spaniard missed a penalty in the 1-0 victory over Liverpool earlier in the month but didn't let that stop her from a fine display against Bayern which was capped with a dramatic late winner.
After being awarded a penalty late on, Mariona put the Liverpool miss behind her, comfortably slotting home the spot-kick to secure a crucial three points and pip the German club to top spot in the group.
STEPH CATLEY

A model of consistency throughout the month, Steph Catley is our final name on the list for Player of the Month for December. Steph made a sensational block to deny Chasisty Grant what looked like a certain goal for Aston Villa to help preserve our clean sheet in a 4-0 win.
Steph followed that up with a rock-solid performance against Bayern, winning possession more times than any other player.
