Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly have been included in the England Under-17s squad for their upcoming UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualifying round in Georgia this week.

The Young Lions will participate in a four-team group with the aim of progressing to the elite round of qualifying in the spring, and two of our Hale End products will be hoping to help them do just that.

Managed by former Gunner Ryan Garry, England will kick off their qualification campaign against Lithuania on Tuesday, October 25 (12pm BST), before facing the hosts on Friday, October 28 (3pm). The round then concludes on Monday, October 31 against Israel (2pm).

There are 13 four-team qualifying round groups, with the top two in each joining top seeds Netherlands and Spain in the elite round, along with the four third-placed teams with the best records against the top two in their section.

Those who make it into the elite round will then face off to earn a spot in the finals in Hungary next summer.
