Ryo was the star attraction at a Nike Store event in Nagoya on Thursday afternoon. The Japanese midfielder was joined by Jack Wilshere and Theo Walcott for an entertaining couple of hours in town.
In the Q&A that followed the main signing session, the Nagoya native was asked what he would show his team-mates of his city.
Meanwhile Walcott suggested Ryo was challenging for the unofficial title of fastest player in the squad. For his part, Wilshere talked about pre-season training and his trophy aspirations for the season ahead
A polite but passionate audience lapped it up.
