Gemma Davison says Arsenal Ladies were determined to showcase their quality in Sunday's FA Women's Cup final win over Bristol Academy.
Goals from Steph Houghton, Jordan Nobbs and Ellen White ensured that the Ladies took home the trophy for the 12th time in their illustrious history.
Davison set up Arsenal's second goal and was delighted to see the team's game plan come off.
"We're all champions and we all want to win"
"We set out to try and rattle them early doors," she told Arsenal.com. "Rachel Yankey comes back into the team, puts in a pinpoint cross and we've got people like Steph who can get on the end of it.
"We've got a lot of players who have played in FA Cup finals before [and maybe that helped us]. Today it paid off.
"We scored our goals at the right time. The game is never safe at 2-0, let alone 1-0 but it was good for us to get that second goal when we did and then for Ellen to add to it at the end.
"Everyone says that Arsenal win everything and that's all we want to do. We're all champions and we all want to win."
