Further to Monday's storm, Network Rail has indicated that they have completed their repair work but there are residual delays of up to 60 minutes on First Capital Connect services to and from London.

There is a diversion in operation - traffic is to follow the Triangle symbol. Leaving the M25 at J23 on to the A1 Barnet Bypass southbound to the A406 and then to the A10 to rejoin the M25 at J25. In the roadworks area. Congestion to J21a, A405 (St Albans).
