Arsenal are pleased to help Skrill South side Boreham Wood FC with their travel arrangements this weekend as part of Non-League Day.
The club, who are managed by former Gunner Ian Allinson and are home to the Arsenal Ladies and Arsenal academy sides, will use Arsenal’s first-team coach for their visit to Weston-super-Mare on Saturday afternoon.
Arsenal club secretary David Miles said: “We have enjoyed a very strong relationship with Boreham Wood FC over the years and are delighted to have the opportunity to help the team with their travel on Non-League Day again this year. We wish Ian Allinson and his players all the best for the match.”
Non-League Day is a celebration of the semi-professional and amateur game and, with the absence of Premier League football this weekend, provides an opportunity for supporters to pay a visit to their local club side.
